Come experience The Movement Mixer, a FREE open house bringing together movement, fitness, wellness, local businesses, and community—all under one roof at EV-E Productions!

 

Join us October 24th from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM in Altamonte Springs, FL for an afternoon designed to let you try something new, meet amazing people, support local businesses, and experience everything our community has to offer.

 

Throughout the afternoon, we'll have 20-minute demo classes featuring a mix of dance, fitness, and wellness experiences. Between classes, explore our local vendors, hear from our guest speakers, connect with instructors and other attendees, and discover new ways to move and feel your best!

1:15 PM — Boxing with Olga

1:45 PM — Pilates with Yvona

2:15 PM — Fabpole with Sunny

2:45 PM — Guest Speaker

3:00 PM — Afro-Caribbean Fusion with Victoria

3:30 PM — Sound bath with Shinnai

 

And don't rush out after the last class! We'll finish the afternoon with raffle prizes and time to shop small and support our local vendors.
