THE MUSE EXPERIENCE – PHOTO SESSION WAIVER & AGREEMENT

Hi beautiful ✨ Before your session, please review and reply “I AGREE” to confirm your booking and participation.
By participating in The Muse Experience, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I am voluntarily participating in a 20-minute mini photoshoot session with 1 outfit, posing guidance, and 5 professionally edited images included.
• I understand I may choose to pose on or off apparatus and agree to participate only within my comfort level and physical ability. I will communicate any injuries, limitations, or concerns before my session begins.
• I understand posing, climbing, transitions, heels, or use of apparatus (if selected) involve physical movement and I assume responsibility for my own participation.
• I release and hold harmless EV-E Productions, Stephen JP Images, instructors, assistants, venue owners, and staff from liability for injury, accident, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation.
• I understand photography and behind-the-scenes video may occur during the event. I grant permission for EV-E Productions and Stephen JP Images to use photographs and video taken during the session for social media, website, advertising, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless I submit a written request to opt out before my session begins.
• I understand 5 edited images are included and final image selection/editing style is at photographer discretion unless otherwise stated.
• I understand raw/unedited images are not included.
• I understand turnaround time for edited images will be communicated after the event and may vary based on editing volume.
• I understand my booking reserves a limited session time and is non-refundable, but may be transferred or credited at organizer discretion if notice is given at least 48 hours before the event.
• I agree to arrive on time for my scheduled slot. Late arrival may reduce my session time to avoid impacting other participants.
