**About Nourish & Flourish**

Nourish & Flourish is a curated hybrid somatic wellness program by Holistic Wander designed to support nervous system regulation through movement, sound, nourishment, education, and intentional community.



You can attend one experience, two or more, or continue through the full program series.



Participants will also have access to every-other-week virtual group coaching and integration sessions between in-person gatherings. These sessions are designed to help bring the work into daily life, leadership, wellness, business, and community.
