By registering for and attending The Pilates Social hosted by The Socialite Pilates Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
I understand that this event includes a 45-minute Mat Pilates class. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in a Pilates workout and that I do not have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that would prevent safe participation. I agree to participate at my own risk and to modify or stop any movement that feels uncomfortable or unsafe for my body.

2. MASSAGE SERVICES
I understand that this event includes optional mini massage sessions provided by Brandy Figueiredo, licensed massage therapist. Participation in massage services is entirely voluntary. By choosing to participate, I confirm that I do not have any conditions, injuries, or sensitivities that would prevent me from safely receiving a neck and shoulder massage.

3. MATCHA BAR & BEVERAGES
I understand that this event includes a complimentary matcha bar with specialty matcha beverages. I confirm that I do not have any allergies or sensitivities to matcha, dairy, oat milk, or other common beverage ingredients. I agree to notify event staff of any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to consuming any beverages. The Socialite Pilates Club and its vendors are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse responses to food or beverages consumed at the event.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any and all event activities, including but not limited to the Pilates class, massage services, and any wellness activations. I acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks and that The Socialite Pilates Club, its founders, instructors, vendors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during the event.

5. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
I understand that professional photography and video content will be captured during this event for use on The Socialite Pilates Club's website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending, I consent to being photographed or filmed and grant The Socialite Pilates Club the right to use any images or footage in which I may appear.

6. WOMEN-ONLY EVENT
I confirm that I identify as a woman and understand that this event is exclusively open to women who have registered and purchased a ticket. The event is not open to the public.

7. REFUND POLICY
I understand that all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to cancellation of attendance, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.

By completing your registration and purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver.
