***To maintain the intended environment, these events are for adults only and pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are welcomed in accordance with ADA guidelines. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), comfort animals, and pets do not qualify as trained service animals and are not permitted.***

**No Refunds:** *We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, an alternate date will be offered.*

**Year Pass No Show Policy:** you will be charged the full event ticket price, directly to your card, anytime you sign up for an event with your membership code and no-show or cancel your registration less than 48 hours before the event start time.

BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS EVENT MAY INCLUDE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS FITNESS CLASSES, MOVEMENT, OR OTHER WELLNESS EXPERIENCES. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, ILLNESS, OR ACCIDENT THAT MAY OCCUR DURING PARTICIPATION.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR INJURY
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE BEAUTY BOOST PITTSBURGH, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, ACCIDENT, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT.

3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
THE BEAUTY BOOST PITTSBURGH DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SERVICES, TREATMENTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, OR ACTIVATIONS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES ARE AT MY OWN RISK.

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE BEAUTY BOOST PITTSBURGHIS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE EVENT.

5. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
I CERTIFY THAT I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL SEEK MEDICAL CLEARANCE IF NECESSARY. I AGREE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, TREATMENTS, OR EMERGENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR.

6. MEDIA RELEASE
I GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE BEAUTY BOOST PITTSBURGH TO PHOTOGRAPH, FILM, OR OTHERWISE RECORD THE EVENT AND TO USE MY IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND VOICE FOR MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT COMPENSATION.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLNESS, SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, WEATHER, OR FAILURE TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THIS WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
