### **What to Expect**

* **12-hr Signature Group Fitness Pilates Teacher Training**
  *by Erin Schirack in partnership with Strength Collective*
  This is not a traditional Pilates certification.
  This is where Pilates meets the real world of group fitness.

Designed exclusively for instructors who teach in fast-paced, high-energy environments, this signature training bridges the gap between classical Pilates principles and the demands of a modern group class.

Inside this program, you’ll learn how to **think like a programmer, not just an instructor.**
How to build classes that flow, scale, and land every single time.

We go beyond exercises and into execution:

* How to **design seamless, intelligently structured classes** that keep rooms engaged
* What exercises actually **work in a group setting** (and what doesn’t)
* How to layer **progressions and regressions in real time** so every client feels challenged and successful
* How to coach to **multiple levels at once—without breaking the flow of the room**
* How to create an experience that feels elevated, intentional, and distinctly yours

Built from over **24 years of hands-on experience**, this training reflects how Pilates is *actually* taught, adapted, and scaled inside today’s top studios.

You’ll walk away with a **repeatable framework**—one that allows you to deliver consistent, high-level classes while confidently supporting beginners through advanced clients in the same room.

This is for the instructor who wants to lead with clarity.
Command the room.
And deliver a product that stands out. [Fulll certification expectation in this document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fRd80qIsgXq3mAzPBE5s4d1bIurzjDsf5MOXVRjcCL4/edit?tab=t.0).

* **Continuing Education Workshops:**
  Stay inspired and certified with workshops that cover anatomy, sequencing, cueing, mobility, and modern Pilates methods for every body type and fitness level.
* **Pilates Class Experiences:**
  Experience a full day of diverse Pilates styles, from classical to contemporary, reformer + chair pilates, mobility and flow, designed to challenge and recharge your body and mind.
