* ​​**10:15 - 10:30** | Mini Wellness Workshop
* ​​**10:30 - 11:15** | Solo Time (read, journal, or just relax)
* ​​**11:15 - 11:45** | Social Time (chat, share ideas, or play games)
* ​​**11:45 - 12:00** | Wrap-Up

**Mini Wellness Workshop**: Each week, we share and practice a simple, actionable skill from our mental wellness curriculum. You walk away feeling more grounded, focused, and in control.

**Solo Time:** Catch up on inner work or read a book, sketch, or anything else you enjoy doing solo. This is your moment to rest and recharge your mind without interruptions.

**Social Time:** When you’re ready, connect with others. Chat about what you’re working through, play games, or simply enjoy good company. Prefer to stay in your own world? That’s totally fine too.
