**Kass' BIO:** Kass Gomez is the founder and CEO of [Inspired Warrior Project](https://inspiredwarriorproject.com/ "https://inspiredwarriorproject.com/")**.** Kass Gomez has developed an understanding and empowerment through being vulnerable herself. She continues to strive toward being an amazing, truthful, understanding speaker, listener and a holistic trauma informed wellness coach through her own traumatic experiences and vulnerabilities as well as certifications.

Kass has explored vulnerability, self-love, and self-destruction which helps and gives her the ambition to build herself and others within our community. Kass is creating a community for both men and women alike that can be vulnerable and help others grow and overcome their mental and health habits due to trauma or just not knowing how or where to turn to establish a healthier lifestyle.

Kass is currently a Certified Trauma Aware Facilitator, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Life and Health Coach.
