Recharge. Reset. Recenter.

This is your midyear pick-me-up, your vibe reboot, your energy glow-up. No travel or passport needed, just good times!

Imagine a day tailored to feeling empowered, healthy and beautiful... along some other high-vibe women.

Yes- this event is ON, rain or shine! Let's embrace nature at the BEAUTIFUL HapBe Valley Farm.

We welcome you with open hearts to...

A Place of Healing and Renewal

HapBE Valley has created a haven of peace and transformation, nestled at the base of Hanlon Mountain just 15 minutes drive from downtown Asheville.

More About The Event Flow:

Much of our Day Retreat will take place outdoors to soak up the beautiful views of the farm and fresh air! Be sure to bring a yoga mat, journal, sunscreen, water bottle, book for book swap, and wear cool, comfortable clothes so you can fully enjoy the experience. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll move indoors- so either way, the retreat is still on!
