***What to Expect:*** 

9:30am: Grab a snack + snag a coffee 

9:45- 10:30am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

10:45am: Empowerment Speaker&#x20;

11:15am: Empowerment Speaker&#x20;

11:45- 12pm: Breath work

12- 1:30 pm Experience Stations: Choose from a variety of experience stations with everything from health, wellness, shopping and spa!

**The day retreat will take place outdoors** to soak up the beautiful vineyard views and fresh air!! 

\*\*YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A YOGA MAT OR BLANKET TO THIS EVENT, and wear cool comfortable clothes so you can fully enjoy the experience. In the event of inclement weather, we'll move to an indoor space, the retreat is still on!
