12:00 PM — Reset + Reconnect with Seaworth Wholeness
Slow down, reset and reconnect with a guided experience led by Jessica of Seaworth Wholeness designed to help you turn inward, set an intention and create space for yourself before diving into the rest of the retreat.

12:30 PM–2:00 PM — Explore our curated Experience Stations, shop local businesses, enjoy sips + snacks, and stop by our DIY Bath Salt Bar to create your own custom soak to take home.
