Be Well with Britt is a wellness community founded by Britt Turpack, a Los Angeles-based mental health advocate, TEDx speaker, and Pilates instructor. The community is dedicated to fostering mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, particularly among college-aged women. Through a combination of movement, mindfulness, and open dialogue, Be Well with Britt empowers individuals to prioritize their health and build authentic confidence.
Brittās approach is deeply rooted in her own lived experience with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and homelessness. Her journey led her to partner with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where she began sharing her story to help others. That advocacy work inspired the creation of Be Well with Brittāa mission-driven movement that weaves together mental health education with physical practices like Pilates and breathwork to promote holistic wellness.
The community offers programs and events that typically include:
Movement Sessions: Pilates and mindful fitness classes that connect the mind and body, fostering strength, clarity, and confidence.
Mental Health Discussions: Short, impactful talks on emotional wellness, resilience, self-care, and navigating lifeās challenges.
Mindfulness Practices: Guided breathwork and meditation to help manage stress, cultivate calm, and reconnect to the present moment.
These events have reached over 10,000 young women nationwide, especially across college campusesācreating powerful, supportive spaces to move, connect, and grow together.
Beyond in-person events, Be Well with Britt maintains a vibrant online community through Instagram, Substack, and moreāsharing resources, insights, and inspiration rooted in the belief that wellness should feel empowering, accessible, and joyful.
