Event Liability Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk

Event: THE RESET SOCIAL

By purchasing a ticket to THE RESET SOCIAL, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in an event hosted by The Retreat Collective, which may include, but is not limited to, fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, strength-based movement, music, vendor activations, wellness experiences, social interaction, and other related activities.

I understand that participation is optional and that I may choose not to participate in any activity at any time.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that physical movement, fitness classes, wellness activities, and event participation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dizziness, dehydration, falls, allergic reactions, injury, illness, emotional discomfort, property loss, or other unforeseen harm.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and medically able to participate. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, concerns, or limitations.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Retreat Collective, its owners, founders, team members, instructors, event hosts, partners, sponsors, vendors, collaborators, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, representatives, agents, and the event venue from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, property loss, or any other harm that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether caused by participation in activities, use of the venue, interaction with vendors or sponsors, or any other event-related experience.

4. Medical Responsibility

I understand that The Retreat Collective and its partners, sponsors, instructors, vendors, and venue are not responsible for providing medical care, medical advice, or emergency treatment.

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize event representatives to seek emergency medical assistance if deemed necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Personal Belongings

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The Retreat Collective, its partners, sponsors, vendors, instructors, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Vendors, Sponsors & Third-Party Services

I understand that the event may include independent vendors, sponsors, wellness providers, or third-party businesses. I acknowledge that these parties operate independently and that The Retreat Collective is not responsible for the products, services, advice, treatments, or experiences provided by any third party.

I agree to use my own judgment when engaging with any vendor, sponsor, product, service, or wellness offering at the event.

7. Photo & Video Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing, promotional, social media, website, and business purposes.

By attending the event, I grant The Retreat Collective permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photos, videos, and other media without compensation, unless I notify The Retreat Collective in writing prior to the event that I do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

8. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that The Retreat Collective makes no guarantees regarding physical, emotional, mental, wellness, or other results from participating in the event.

9. Agreement to Follow Instructions

I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, venue guidelines, and instructor directions. I understand that The Retreat Collective reserves the right to remove any participant who acts in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.

10. Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that by purchasing a ticket to THE RESET SOCIAL, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain claims against The Retreat Collective and its related parties.
