**The Collective Pulse** is the culminating experience of the two-part, six-session **Nourish & Flourish wellness residency**.

Now, we bring the full journey together.



Through sound, movement, nervous-system awareness, nourishment, reflection, and facilitated connection, participants will explore how personal wellbeing shapes the way we communicate, lead, collaborate, and belong.
