Enjoy access to **The Revive Experience** from **10:30 AM until the end of the event**. This ticket includes entry to our wellness social, light bites & drinks, and the vendor marketplace. Connect with our community, explore curated wellness brands, and soak up the beachside vibes.

*Please note: General Admission does not include the Pilates or Dance classes, athletic set, or giveaways.*

By participating in The Revive Experience (“Event”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Event, including but not limited to Pilates classes, wellness activities, and any other services provided by vendors, sponsors, and instructors, involves certain risks of injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or other harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation.
2. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and personal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge Revive Wellness Nurses LLC, all event organizers, sponsors, vendors, instructors, volunteers, and the Newport Beachside Resort from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including claims caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
3. Medical Treatment
I understand that Revive Wellness Nurses LLC and associated parties do not provide medical services during the Event. If I experience a medical emergency, I authorize the Event staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf and I am solely responsible for all related costs.
4. Food, Beverage, and Product Consumption
I acknowledge that certain vendors may provide samples or products. I accept full responsibility for verifying ingredients, allergens, or potential adverse effects before consumption or use. I release all vendors, sponsors, and organizers from liability related to food, beverage, or product reactions.
5. Photography & Media Release
I grant Revive Wellness Nurses LLC and event partners the right to photograph, film, and record me during the Event, and to use such media for promotional purposes without further compensation.
6. Agreement
I have read and fully understand this waiver and release. I am at least 18 years old and sign voluntarily.
