SOCIAL STRETCH EVENT WAIVER, LIABILITY RELEASE & PHOTO/MEDIA CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket for and/or attending Social Stretch: Soft Life Spring Edition hosted by Sparc Social Collective LLC (“Organizer”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in this event may include physical activity, including but not limited to mat Pilates, stretching, movement exercises, wellness activations, and related activities. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my involvement.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, injury, illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other unforeseen risks. I knowingly assume all risks associated with participation.

3. Health Confirmation

I certify that I am physically able to participate in event activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any medical concerns, injuries, pregnancy, or other health conditions.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Sparc Social Collective LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, venue partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including negligence to the extent allowed by law.

5. Personal Property

I understand that Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the event.

6. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission to Sparc Social Collective LLC and its partners to photograph, film, and record me during the event. I authorize the use of my image, likeness, voice, and name in photos, video, social media, promotional materials, marketing, websites, and future event content without compensation or additional approval.

I understand that all media captured becomes the property of Organizer and may be edited, reproduced, published, or distributed in any lawful manner.

7. Ticket Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Organizer. Organizer reserves the right to modify programming, instructors, vendors, schedule, or venue details as needed.

8. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, checking an agreement box, electronically signing, or attending the event, I confirm that I have read this waiver fully, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms.
