Join us for a grounding evening in honor of the **Autumn Equinox** — a sacred threshold between light and dark, activity and stillness.

This nourishing gathering brings together **gentle, intentional movement**, a **restorative sound bath**, **soulful journaling**, and meaningful **community connection**.

As the season shifts and nature begins to slow, we’ll create space to **pause**, **reflect**, and **realign** — releasing what no longer serves and planting seeds of inner balance for the months ahead.

**No prior experience needed.** Bring a journal, something cozy, a mat or blanket, and your presence — just as you are.
