🛡 THE SUMMIT — EVENT WAIVER & CODE OF CONDUCT

Required for all attendees

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending THE SUMMIT — The Climb LA 1-Year Anniversary, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms in full:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that attendance at this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss, damage to personal property, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release and hold harmless The Climb, its founders, organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors, venue personnel, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my attendance at this event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Personal injury

Property loss or damage

Theft

Accidents

Any incidents occurring before, during, or after the event

3. NO REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are FINAL.

I understand that:

No refunds will be issued for any reason

This includes denial of entry, removal from the event, or failure to comply with event standards

Chargebacks or disputes will be contested

4. RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY & REMOVAL

I acknowledge that The Climb reserves the right to:

Refuse entry

Deny access

Remove any attendee from the event

At any time, with or without explanation, regardless of ticket purchase.

This right exists to:

Protect the safety of attendees

Maintain the integrity and intention of the space

Uphold community standards

No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. SAFETY, CONDUCT & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Safety is the top priority.

I agree to uphold a respectful, intentional standard of behavior at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

Fighting or physical altercations

Harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior

Excessive intoxication

Drug use or illegal substances

Disruptive or disrespectful conduct

Violation of these standards will result in immediate removal without refund.

6. FUTURE ACCESS & COMMUNITY BAN

I understand that violations of this waiver or event standards may result in:

Removal from the event

A permanent ban from The Climb

A ban from all future climbs, events, and experiences hosted or affiliated with The Climb

This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizers.

7. PERSONAL PROPERTY & DAMAGES

I understand that The Climb is not responsible for:

Lost items

Stolen property

Damaged belongings

I further agree that if I cause damage to:

The venue

Event property

Equipment

Any individual’s personal property

I will be held financially and legally responsible for all repair, replacement, and related costs. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. PHOTO, VIDEO & CONTENT RIGHTS

I grant The Climb full rights to photograph, film, and record me during the event.

I understand and agree that:

All content captured may be used for promotional, marketing, documentation, and commercial purposes

No compensation will be provided

All content rights are owned exclusively by The Climb

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By completing my ticket purchase and attending THE SUMMIT, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this waiver

I agree to all terms listed above

I accept full personal responsibility for my actions and conduct
