PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By attending or participating in any event hosted by The Uncommon, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
    I voluntarily participate in all activities, including workouts, fitness training, breathwork, outdoor activities, discussions, and community events.

Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly assume all risks associated with participation.

Health Responsibility
    I certify that I am physically capable of participating and am responsible for monitoring my own health and limitations. I will stop participation if I experience pain, illness, or any concerning symptoms.

Release of Liability
    I release and hold harmless The Uncommon, its founders, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation, including injuries that may occur during events.

Medical Treatment
    I authorize emergency medical care if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Photo & Video Release
    I grant The Uncommon permission to use photos and videos taken during events for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.
