### Dance Yourself Awake. Regulate. Release. Remember.

This isn’t just a dance party.
It’s a somatic recalibration for your nervous system and a sacred dancefloor for your soul.

***This special 3.5-hour Unleashed! Hour immersion*** is designed to help you come back home to yourself—to regulate, to release what’s been stored, and to reclaim your joy and aliveness.

### What You’ll Be Guided Through

(by Yarixa Ferrao Creatrix of Unleash! & Expert Faciliators +Artists)

\- Breathwork to clear stuck energy and empty yourself to FEEL with presence
\- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release suppressed emotions + rewire new beliefs so they align with your true magic

-Fascial maneuvers to open new movement patterns, clear stored trauma, and restore fluidity for the dance to follow

\- A soul-igniting, guided DANCE journey to awaken your ALIVENESS and Unleash yourself

-A LIVE Musical Closing serenade

### The Sound Scape That Will Set You Free

Expect a crafted soundscape that stirs something ancient and alive in you:
Get Ready for a transformational immersion guided by the Unleash Creatrix, Yarixa Ferrao and AUSTIN BASED —DJ FERNO, who will craft an unforgettable sonic journey that includes Afrobeats, Reggaeton, tribal, Latin rhythms, and music that will move your SOUL.
+LIVE drumming and soul-thumping beats that move you from the inside out with Pro Percussionists Jackson Strong and Joshua Draper.

This is full-body freedom.
A movement revolution.
An invitation back to the wild, radiant you.

### After the Dance: Land + Integrate

When the journey completes, we don’t just end. We will land!

We will be serenaded with a Special Performance by Claraty, then go into a closing circle to thank our lucky stars that we have the privilage to do this together.

You’ll have access to Bathe’s cowboy pools, cold plunge and sauna, designed to help your system regulate and complete the arc of healing through contrast therapy and being with your fellow journeyers.

This is how we honor the work: By letting it root.

### This Is for You If...

You’re a creative. A visionary. A healer. A misfit. A rebel.
You’ve been carrying more than your body was meant to hold.
And you’re ready to feel again. Move again. Remember again.
