By purchasing a ticket for The Unwind: Yin Yoga and Sound Bath Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
You understand that participating in yoga, breathwork, and sound healing practices involves physical activity, and there may be inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or physical strain. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Health and Wellness
You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent or limit your participation in the event. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, you agree to consult with a healthcare professional before attending the event.

Release of Liability
You agree to release, waive, and discharge Paige Willis, Undone, and any affiliated individuals, staff, or partners from any liability or claims for damages, injury, or loss that may arise during or after your participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Personal Responsibility
You understand that it is your responsibility to listen to your body and adjust or refrain from any activity that may cause discomfort or harm. If you feel unwell or experience pain at any time during the event, you agree to stop and notify the instructor immediately.

Photography and Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by Paige Willis and Undone. If you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos, please notify the instructor at the beginning of the event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, please notify the organizer as soon as possible. If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
