Mama, this one has been on my heart for a while. 🥹🤎 This morning is for YOU—a chance to pour back into yourself, move your body, spend intentional time with God + connect with other mamas.

Bring your mat + water bottle and come as you are. 🤎

And while we want this time to be for you, we also know that sometimes finding a sitter is the very reason mamas miss out. So please don’t stress—we’ve got you.

In collaboration with Teddy Bear Daycare, childcare + activities will be available for littles ages 1–6, with a limit of one child per mama due to safety + space. For our mamas with babies, a mama + me Pilates option will be available so your little one can stay right by your side on the mat. 🥹

Tickets are completely FREE and, due to our intimate space, available to the first 15 mamas only.
