We’ll begin with intentional Pilates and somatic movement, explore practical insights for longevity and nervous-system health, and immerse ourselves in the restorative power of sound. The experience concludes with nourishing plant-based brunch bites, refreshing non-alcoholic beverages, and meaningful connection with a like-minded wellness community.



Eric Vasquez will introduce the vision and innovative technology behind Soundara through an interactive listening experience. Keshila Jones will then guide an integrated live sound healing journey, bringing movement, sound, and stillness together.
