Hey mamas! Come move, stretch, and have some fun with your little one in a relaxed, no judgment space. Your first class is free and after that, drop in sessions are $15 each.

We will focus on gentle strength, core work, and playful moves with your baby. Whether you show up in a cute matching set or looking like you just rolled out of bed, it is all good. This class is about having fun and feeling good.

Bring your mat or blanket and baby carriers are welcome. Come enjoy the fresh air, connect with other moms, and give yourself a little self care. Spots are limited so RSVP to grab your first free class.
