A high vibe breathwork + grounding strech to set your intentions and tune into your Wellness Era mindset!

**11:25 AM – 1:25PM** — Wellness Playground

Choose your own wellness adventure by rotating through mini-experiences like:

- Sound baths or vibroacoustic healing (20 min sessions)
- Guided fun workout or breath work sessions (15 min)
- Reiki or energy healing sessions (15 min)
- Sauna or Cold plunge + Red light therapy (self-guided)
- Wellness bar with healthy juice, wellness shots & nourishing bites
- Spa + Experience stations: think aromatherapy lounge, diy face masks, energy station, scalp massage and more!

We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered.
