By purchasing a ticket and participating in HipoFlow x Bloom: The Wellness Edit, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities—including, but not limited to, hypopressives, breathwork, Pilates, stretching, and the use of wellness or recovery equipment (including compression boots)—involves inherent risks. These risks may include injury, illness, physical discomfort, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
I confirm that I am voluntarily participating, am physically able to do so, and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, whether known or unknown.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
Greys Marquez, Wellng LLC (HipoFlow Club), Laura Chica, Bloom, all vendors, collaborators, sponsors, instructors, staff, affiliates, and the event venue (City Food Hall Orlando) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by negligence.
I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings, and that the organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
I grant full permission for any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, without compensation.
I acknowledge that this agreement is binding and that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms stated above.

Vendor Ticket Includes
• Space for one (1) table setup
• Access for up to two (2) team members per brand
Please note:
No food or beverages
Vendors & Insurance: Each vendor is required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own table and chairs
• Setup must reflect a clean, elevated, and professional presentation aligned with the event aesthetic

Setup & Breakdown:
• Arrival & setup: 8:10 AM
• Breakdown: 1:00 PM
• All vendors must be fully cleared out by 2:00 PM
