Choose your own wellness adventure by rotating through mini-experiences like:

- Sound baths or vibroacoustic healing (20 min sessions)
- Guided breathwork or meditation pods (15 min)
- Reiki or energy healing sessions (15 min)
- Journaling + intention setting corners (self-guided)
- Wellness bar with herbal teas, adaptogen shots & nourishing bites
