As the founders of the Stryde Social, we have established a vibrant hub for fitness enthusiasts in South Florida and Nashville. Our mission is to inspire wellness, foster meaningful connections, and provide memorable events that bring people together.
The Stryde Social meets throughout themonth for a 2-mile run or 45 minute workout, followed by a lively social hour offering a variety of drink and food deals. To add a fun twist, singles wear black and couples wear color, making our runs not just about fitness but also about socializing and community building.
Our events are further elevated by exciting sponsors, generous giveaways, and appearances from influential guest speakers and athletes. Each month, an exciting host leads our warm-ups, infusing fresh energy and unique flair into every gathering.
