Because physical exercise can be strenuous and is subject to risk of serious injury, participants are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any exercise or trampoline-based training program. By participating in Xtreme Bounce Conditioning (XBC) sessions, classes, or activations, you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. This includes, without limitation, (a) your use of trampolines, mats, and any other equipment provided at the session location, whether indoors, outdoors, or at any off-site event, (b) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment, and (c) instruction, supervision, coaching, or movement guidance provided during the session.

You acknowledge that trampoline-based exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, sprains, strains, fractures, and other physical injury, and you voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, arising from your participation.

You expressly agree to release and discharge Xtreme Kalisthenics, LLC, Xtreme Bounce Conditioning (XBC), Kalyn Jennings, and any host venue or event organizer from any and all claims or causes of action. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur, regardless of negligence.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of this release shall remain in full force and effect, with the offending provision severed therefrom.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You agree to voluntarily give up any right you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Xtreme Kalisthenics, LLC, XBC, or its instructors for negligence, or any other personal injury, property damage, or loss.

I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Xtreme Kalisthenics, LLC and Xtreme Bounce Conditioning (XBC) from any and all responsibility or liability for any present and future injuries or damages resulting or arising from my participation in any activities, including but not limited to exercise, trampoline use, personal training, or use of equipment — including injuries and damages caused by the negligent act or omission of any of the persons or entities mentioned above.

If the participant is under 18, this waiver must be read and agreed to by a parent or legal guardian on the participant's behalf.
