Join us August 2nd at the iconic Eden Roc Miami Beach for the **FIRST EVER CO-ED EVENT** by She Moves So-Flo Special Edition -- ***Everyone** Moves.*

Get ready for a day full of movement, music, community and FUN!

**EVENT SCHEDULE:**

The day begins at 8 AM with a 2-mile Run/Walk Club, followed by an empowering warm-up in collaboration with Vixen to set the tone for the rest of the day.

EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between B.A.B.Y. LLC, as represented by Leslie Perez (hereafter referred to as the "Host"), and the undersigned participant (hereafter referred to as the "Attendee").

TERMS
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the roles, responsibilities, and expectations related to participation in the event(s) as described on babybyleslie.com. This Agreement ensures that both the Host and the Attendee are clear about their respective roles so that the experience will be positive, productive, and safe.

DISCLAIMERS
By participating in this and future events, the Attendee acknowledges that the Host and any guest speakers are not acting as licensed medical professionals, psychologists, therapists, lawyers, or financial advisors. The services provided do not replace the care of qualified professionals. Coaching and related content are not to be construed as psychological counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance.

The Host may offer suggestions for third-party services (e.g., photography, business, legal, financial, or health-related services), but the Host assumes no liability for the services provided by any third-party. The Attendee accepts full responsibility for any consequences from engaging such services.

Testimonials and examples on the Host’s website or materials are for illustrative purposes only. No outcomes are guaranteed.

ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITY; NO GUARANTEES
The Attendee acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their results from participation in the event(s). The Host makes no representations or warranties, written or verbal, about any particular outcome or success.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property, including but not limited to documents, materials, systems, programs, or processes created by the Host for the event, remain the sole property of the Host. This Agreement does not transfer any rights of ownership to the Attendee.

MEDIA & RECORDING RELEASE
The Host may take photos, videos, or audio recordings during the event. The Attendee consents to the use of their likeness, voice, or written work in any form for promotional, commercial, or non-commercial use by the Host in perpetuity.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Attendee acknowledges the inherent risks involved in attending the event and assumes full responsibility for personal health, safety, and belongings.

I, the undersigned Attendee, hereby waive, release, and discharge the Host, its officers, employees, agents, sponsors, or representatives from any and all liability, including but not limited to injury, death, or property loss, arising out of or connected to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims brought by third parties due to my actions or omissions.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONSENT
I authorize emergency medical treatment in the case of illness or injury during my participation. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical care. I agree to inform the Host of any medical conditions relevant to emergency treatment, understanding the Host is not obligated to provide medical services.

COVID-19 ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that despite reasonable efforts, the Host cannot guarantee protection from COVID-19 or any variant thereof. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with possible exposure or transmission and waive all claims related to illness, injury, or loss due to COVID-19.

This clause is binding upon my heirs, representatives, and assigns.

MEDICAL & HEALTH CONDITIONS
The Attendee must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, food allergies, or medications at the time of booking. Failure to do so releases the Host from any resulting liability.

INTERNET ACCESS & SECURITY
Wireless internet may be available at the event but is not guaranteed. Attendees are responsible for any illegal online activity and may be reported to service providers.

ADDITIONAL CONSENT
By attending, the Attendee consents to be photographed and recorded. These recordings may be used for promotional or educational purposes.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION & INSURANCE
Attendees are responsible for securing necessary travel documents, insurance, and transportation. The Host is not liable for missed flights or travel disruptions.

TRANSPORT
The Host is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues related to travel, including flights, buses, or other forms of transport.

HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS
Attendees must comply with all safety rules and ensure they are physically able to participate. The Host is not liable for injuries resulting from participation in activities or use of facilities.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Host is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during the event.

LIABILITY FOR EXTERNAL EVENTS
The Host is not liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or failure by third-party providers.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The event and services are provided "as is," with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, terrorism, pandemic), the Host may postpone or cancel the event without liability. Affected parties will reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
The Host reserves the right to make changes to event details (including dates and locations) or to cancel the event. In case of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Both parties agree not to engage in public or private disparagement of one another. This includes verbal, written, or electronic communication.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, within 90 days, in Miami, Florida or virtually.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any portion is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

GOOD FAITH
Both parties affirm their intent to act in good faith in the execution and performance of this Agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document contains the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal or prior written agreements will be enforceable unless formally amended in writing by both parties.

PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT FOR MINORS (if applicable)
If the Attendee is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign below and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation in the event.
