**Foursomes only:** We do our best to fill every group, but if a foursome doesn't come together, we may need to cancel a spot. Cancellations are made in reverse order of registration, so sign up early!

Before you reserve your spot, please read and agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made through the Sweatpals app.

A $5 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of timing.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable, unless your spot is filled from the waitlist — in that case, you'll be refunded the event cost minus the $5 fee. Please reach out to Northern Greens directly as well for same day cancellations so we can try our best to fill it.
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event are refunded minus the $5 fee.

Spots are non-transferable.

Please note: The Sweatpals app displays "no refunds" language by default, which we're currently unable to change. This does not reflect our actual policy above — refunds (when applicable per the terms above) are not automatic upon cancellation in the app and will be processed manually. If you're owed a refund based on the terms above, please contact us.

Weather & organizer cancellations If we need to cancel before tee time due to weather, you'll receive a full refund. If we get rained out mid-round, rain checks are available directly from the course. For organizer cancellations for any other reason, you'll be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund.

Liability Participation is at your own risk. Northern Greens Golf Collective is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss occurring on the course or surrounding premises.

Day-of reminders Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your tee time. No clubhouse check-in is needed unless you're renting a cart or making a purchase.
