**Most guys wait for the weekend. We don't wait. We made Thursday the best day of the week.**



This is Sarasota's weekly men's gathering and workout: sand under your feet, sun coming up over the Gulf, and a group of men who show up for themselves and for each other. No egos, no mirrors, no memberships. Just work.



💪 **The Workout** — A beach-built session that will challenge every level. Whether you're chasing a new gear or just getting back in the game, you'll find your pace and a guy next to you pushing you to hold it.



🤝 **The Brotherhood** — This isn't just reps in the sand. It's men sharpening men. You'll sweat, you'll laugh, you'll leave with new friends and a reason to come back next Thursday.



🌅 **The Setting** — First lifeguard stand on Lido Beach. Sunrise over the water. You could not design a better start to your day if you tried.



**What to bring:** Water, a towel, and whatever you've been carrying all week.&#x20;



**Who it's for:** Every man. First-timer or veteran, 25 or 65,  if you can show up, you belong here.



Park at the Lido Beach Swimming Pool & Rec Center lot, walk toward the first lifeguard stand, and look for the group that's clearly having the best day of their week.

*PATHOS LLC EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY**

By purchasing a ticket and participating in events hosted by Pathos LLC, you (the "Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1. **Assumption of Risk**
I understand that by purchasing this ticket and participating in Pathos events, which may include, but are not limited to, workouts, runs, cold plunges, saunas, and consumption of food and beverages (collectively referred to as "Activities"), I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these Activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, illness, or death.

2. **Release of Liability**
In consideration for being permitted to participate in Pathos events, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, and discharge Pathos LLC, including its owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and all other persons or entities acting on its behalf (collectively, "Pathos"), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, including negligence, arising out of or related to my participation in any Activities.

3. **Medical Treatment**
I acknowledge that Pathos does not provide medical care or treatment. In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving necessary medical care at my own expense and agree to bear all costs associated with any medical treatment. I release Pathos from any claims related to medical assistance.

4. **Photo and Media Release**
By purchasing this ticket, I grant Pathos permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Activities for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished products or how my likeness may be used.

 5. **Indemnification**
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pathos from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from my participation in the Activities or my breach of this waiver.

 6. **Miscellaneous**
- **Governing Law:** This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State].
- **Severability:** If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
