Welcome to **TKE** **Fitness Festival at Society Orlando’s Luxury Rooftop**  — **where rave meets fitness**, and community meets celebration. From the first beat to the final drop, you’ll flow through an immersive experience.

Start your day with **instructor-led fitness classes** ranging from mat Pilates to high-intensity strength and/or indoor-cycle sessions. All classes include a live DJ. Then, ride the wave straight into our **signature 1PM Day Rave** — powered by **3 stages with live DJs**, curated sound, and a rooftop crowd that knows how to move.

**Early Bird Special:**
The first 50 guests receive **FREE access to the 1PM Day Rave**. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

**Choose your experience:**

• **Day Rave Pass** (come for the party only 🎧)

1. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Under the terms of this release and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the attendee hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee for the following activities: Fitness activity including but not limited to dance fitness, mat Pilates, Yoga, cycling, stretching, strength training, HIIT, mobility work, bodyweight movements, and functional training


2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand this event includes a range of wellness, fitness, and recovery activities, which may include but are not limited to:
Cold plunges, Group exercise classes, such as but not limited to: dance fitness, mat Pilates, Yoga, cycling, stretching, strength training, HIIT, mobility work, bodyweight movements, and functional training
Recovery services, including but not limited to: Normatec/leg compression boots, Hyperice/percussive therapy, chiropractic stretching or adjustments, and massages
Health and wellness treatments, including Botox injections, B12 shots, and other wellness injections, are administered by licensed third-party providers. Food and beverages are provided on-site, including samples from third-party vendors
I recognize that participation in these activities carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, burns, allergic reaction, muscle strain, cardiac events, skin sensitivity, fainting, dehydration, nerve damage, or other adverse health effects. I assume all responsibility and voluntarily accept these risks


3. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION
I understand I am responsible for any food or drink I consume at this event, including items provided by The Brujas Table and/or third-party vendors. I release all parties from liability for foodborne illness, allergic reaction, or sensitivity of any kind


4. VENDOR & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
I understand that certain services; such as Botox, stretching, massaging, and chiropractic care may be administered or facilitated by licensed or certified third-party providers. I agree that all such interactions are voluntary, and I release Ross Partnerships LLC andThe Kaleidoscope Effect from any responsibility related to these services. For your protection, please inform your therapist, coach, or TKE founder Angelica, if you have any health concerns, including but not limited to:
* Taking any serious medication
* High / Low Blood Pressure
* Cancer of any type
*Surgery/Injury (within the past year)
* Diabetes
* Any skin conditions (Acne, Sunburn, Rashes)
* Pregnancy



5. MINORS
I acknowledge that I am fully responsible and liable for any minor(s) accompanying me at this event. Ross Partnerships LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect and its affiliates and partners are not responsible or liable for a minor under any circumstances
Each minor must have their legal name, listed in the attendee questionnaire form with the ticket holder's name. A comma can be placed if there is more than one minor per ticket holder (e.g., Angelica Flagg with John Smith, Angelica Flagg with Mary Smith, Angelica Flagg with Jon Doe). The Fun Bus is available for use with children 7 and under. The Kid Zone TKE staff are not responsible for any minors. An adult must be present at “Society Orlando” at all times

6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
If medical attention is required, I authorize the event staff or medical professionals to seek appropriate care on my behalf and assume all financial responsibility for treatment


7. PHOTO, DATA & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Ross Partnerships LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect (TKE) and its partners full permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in any media captured during the event, in perpetuity and without compensation


8. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ross Partnerships LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect, and all associated vendors, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability or claim brought as a result of my participation

This tier gets you access to all classes plus a curated gift bag, the day rave, and rooftop pool! Priority Check in at 11:35 AM. Priority classes with acitivation pre-booking available at check-in. Activations include, massage, facial, cold plunge, food and beverage. First come first served. 

This gets you one class plus access to the day rave and rooftop pool. Check in at 11:45 AM. Class choice is made at check-in. First come first served.
