TĚLO FIT EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in any Tělo Fit event, workout, fitness activity, competition, challenge, or related program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that physical exercise and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, falls, dehydration, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with participation.

Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in fitness activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in any exercise program if necessary.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Tělo Fit, its organizers, trainers, volunteers, affiliates, venue partners, and event staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damages related to my participation in the event.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to participate responsibly, follow all instructions provided by event staff, and stop exercising if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any medical concern.

Photo & Video Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes. By participating, I grant Tělo Fit permission to use my likeness in photos/videos unless otherwise stated in writing before the event.

Hydration & Equipment

I understand that I am responsible for bringing appropriate workout attire, footwear, hydration, and any personal items needed for participation.

Agreement

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
