Track Records is Houston’s adult track club where fitness meets community. Whether you’re coming to sprint, vibe, meet new people, or just switch up your routine... this is the place for it.

Expect guided workouts, good energy, real coaching from experienced athletes, music, motivation, and a community that pushes each other to get better every week.

Track Records is donation-based to help support track venues, community events, hydration, and future outings. We pay to use the track each month, so any contribution helps keep the community growing, but everyone is always welcome!

Track Records Waiver & Agreement

Before you join us on the track, just a quick heads up!

By signing up for a Track Records membership or attending any practice, you agree that:

1. You're choosing to participate

Track workouts, sprinting, and fitness training come with normal risks (such as soreness, strains, or injury). You understand these risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

2. You're good to train

You feel physically able to participate and will come prepared, hydrated, and ready to train. If you have any health concerns, you agree to consult with a medical professional beforehand.

3. You take responsibility for your participation

Track Records, its coaches, volunteers, and team members are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost or stolen items during workouts, practices, or events.

4. Respect the vibe

We're building a positive, high-energy community. You agree to be respectful, follow coaching guidance, and contribute to a welcoming environment for everyone.

5. Content may be captured

Photos and videos may be taken during practices and events for social media, promotional, and community purposes. By participating, you consent to being included in this content.

6. Membership & free trial week

Track Records offers a free, open-to-all trial during the first week of every month for new participants. After that period, an active membership is required to continue participating. Membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Outdoor training & weather policy

Track Records is an outdoor community and practices are subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain, lightning, unsafe conditions, facility closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, practices may be canceled, postponed, or modified.

Membership fees and payments remain unchanged regardless of weather-related cancellations and are not prorated, credited, or refunded due to missed practices. Your membership supports the continued operation and growth of Track Records, including track rentals, equipment, events, and community experiences.

By participating, you confirm that you:

• Understand and agree to the terms above
• Are 18 years of age or older (or have parent/guardian consent)
• Are physically able and ready to train with Track Records
• Understand that Track Records is an outdoor community and that weather-related schedule changes may occur
