**About Dr. Darian Parker:** [Dr. Darian Parker](https://doctordarianparker.com/) is a distinguished personal trainer, fitness executive, entrepreneur, and educator with over two decades of industry leadership. The **2023 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year**, Dr. Parker has navigated the fitness landscape from high-end luxury club management to serving as a National Director of Fitness for a global leisure firm. Currently, he balances his roles as owner of **Parker Personal Training LLC**, a prolific national speaker, and host of [**The Dr. Darian Parker Podcast**](https://doctordarianparker.com/dr-ds-social-network-podcast/). A dedicated academic, he serves as an adjunct professor at multiple institutions and holds a PhD in Sports Education Leadership from UNLV.
