Get ready for a glow in the dark fitness experience filled with trap music, sweat, energy, and nonstop vibes. Come ready to work, squat, glow, and TURN UP.



Founder and head coach, Paris Williams, will lead you through a high energy HIIT glute-based workout  designed to challenge your body while keeping the party atmosphere alive from start to finish.&#x20;



Wear neon, white, or anything that glows under black lights! Well have glow accessories, neon vibes, and glow body paint/chalk to help bring the experience to life.



In this class, we'll focus on glutes, legs, and core, but don't worry, your whole body will feel the burn. No equipment needed, just bring yourself, water & towel, a positive attitude, and ENERGY!!!
