Trap BYOB is turning ONE, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how… with a high-energy workout, trap beats, and a room full of people ready to BUILD!



Founder and head coach, Paris Williams, will lead you through a HIIT glute-based workout for our special ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!



In this class, we'll focus on glutes, legs, and core, but don't worry, your whole body will feel the burn. No equipment needed, just bring yourself, water & towel, a positive attitude, and ENERGY!!!

**Media Release**

I grant TRAP BYOB full permission to capture, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice in photos, videos, and other media for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
