This session is donation-based. Suggested donations are welcome but voluntary — no one is turned away for inability to pay, and donations are non-refundable.


ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in this fitness session, hosted by Ryan Billian / Assarmsabs (Liquid Gold Fitness LLC), involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other physical injury. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation, or I have consulted a physician and been cleared to participate.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this session, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ryan Billian, Assarmsabs, Liquid Gold Fitness LLC, and any hosting venue or partner (including event co-sponsors), their owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION

I authorize event staff to arrange for emergency medical treatment if needed and understand I am responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.


PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant permission for photos and video taken of me during this event to be used by Assarmsabs for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media. If I do not consent to this, I will notify staff in writing before the session begins.
