Join us for the first-ever Salud con Sazón event: Tropilates on Saturday, 5/31 from 1–4 PM! The afternoon will be filled with movement, mingling, and celebrating community with a mat Pilates class set to the best Latin music, plus good drinks, great snacks, a flower and charm bar, and more.

Salud con Sazón was created with the intention of building a space that highlights Latin-owned businesses and brings Latinas together to connect, move their bodies, and actually meet each other. Come solo or bring a friend!

Wear orange, red, or pink if you can! Pilates equipment will be provided onsite, and there will be plenty of parking available, though carpooling is always appreciated.
