TRX Ignite Games is coming to the FitExpo Anaheim!



Show up, push your limits, and experience the energy that's taking over cities nationwide.



We will be running the TRX Ignite Games: Xpress which consists of seven functional fitness challenges in one high-energy race you won't forget.



**What are the Ignite Games?** The TRX Ignite Games is a high-energy, team-based fitness competition designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork. Built for all fitness levels, fueled by pure community energy. Grab a partner or go through solo.



**Fit Expo Ignite Games Schedule:**

Saturday, August 29th

Competitors will be assigned a specific wave time between

11:00am - 2:00pm



Sunday, August 30th

Competitors will be assigned a specific wave time between

10:30pm - 12:30pm

I am aware of the risks associated with exercise and fitness training. I am in good health and have no medical condition that would make it dangerous for me to complete the vigorous physical activities or the competition-format activity, such as the TRX IGNITE GAMES (the “Activity”). These games are undertaken at this location (e.g. a non-TRX-affiliated location, a TRX-affiliated location, the TRX Center, or any other location) (collectively the “Location”). I may sustain or cause injury to another while participating in or as a result of this Activity at this Location. I hereby release both the Location or TRX(R) together with its affiliates, agents, and any person or corporation acting under its permission or authority and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from all claims, liability, damages, or injuries that may arise in connection with the Activity, and hereby indemnify them against all expenses, costs, and losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit, that may arise with respect thereto. I acknowledge that the Activity may result in filming or broadcasting of images with my likeness, and I grant permission for its use by both TRX and the Location operators.

I have read this publicity release and waiver of liability and signed it freely and voluntarily without inducement.  I covenant and warrant that I am over eighteen (18) years of age and execute this release knowingly.


FIT EXPO WAIVER:

I hereby agree to the following:
That I am attending TheFitExpo Anaheim as a competitor in the TRX Ignite Games.

I will participate in Health, Fitness and Exercise Classes, Programs, Contests, Competitions, Workshops
or Walking and interacting with events and exhibitors on the promotional tour (The Program) offered by
TheFitExpo Anaheim during which I will be participating in or assisting with the production of a Contest as
part of The Program and or receiving information and instruction about health and fitness or offered to
sample products and or services offered as part of The Program. I recognize that working for a
Competition promoter or participating in a fitness and or exercise program requires physical exertion that
may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation
in the program. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit, and I have no medical condition, which
would prevent my full participation.
In consideration of being permitted to work with or participate in the program, I agree to assume full
responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my
participation or in relation to the sampling of any products and or services during The Program. I
understand that thw Workout &amp; Win Stage has cash and prizes that are limited and may not be the same
prizes distributed as are posted. Must be present to win.
In further consideration of being permitted to work with or participate in the program, I knowingly,
voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against National Fitness Productions, its sponsors,
promoters or exhibitors, the Anaheim Convention Center, Fit Expo listed sponsors and its affiliates,
Fitness Projects, the Cities of Anaheim and surrounding counties, and the officers, directors, and
employees of all of the same from and against any and all causes of action, liabilities, losses, claims,
cost, damages (including personal injuries or death), or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees,
arising out of or in connection with my working with or participation in the program or any activity, contest,
competition or promotion held in conjunction with TheFitExpo Anaheim™.

I consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by TheFitExpo™.

I understand that any contests are a game of chance and I must adhere to the expirations on any free or
discounted passes I receive as a prize.

My participation constitutes my consent for the use of such photography, filming, and/or recording for any
use, manner, and in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity.

All photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by my
participation.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree
to the terms and conditions stated above.

Bundled Ticket (Ignite Games + Fit Expo pass). Teams must register together. Purchase 2 tickets ($35 per competitor, $70 per team total) and transfer the second ticket to your teammate to complete their registration and waiver.
