I am aware of the risks associated with exercise and fitness training. I am in good health and have no medical condition that would make it dangerous for me to complete the vigorous physical activities or the competition-format activity, such as the TRX IGNITE GAMES (the “Activity”). These games are undertaken at this location (e.g. a non-TRX-affiliated location, a TRX-affiliated location, the TRX Center, or any other location) (collectively the “Location”). I may sustain or cause injury to another while participating in or as a result of this Activity at this Location. I hereby release both the Location or TRX(R) together with its affiliates, agents, and any person or corporation acting under its permission or authority and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from all claims, liability, damages, or injuries that may arise in connection with the Activity, and hereby indemnify them against all expenses, costs, and losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit, that may arise with respect thereto. I acknowledge that the Activity may result in filming or broadcasting of images with my likeness, and I grant permission for its use by both TRX and the Location operators.

I have read this publicity release and waiver of liability and signed it freely and voluntarily without inducement.  I covenant and warrant that I am over eighteen (18) years of age and execute this release knowingly.
