After class, we’ll head to Hello Darling for cocktails/mocktails and hangs with the golf girls! 🍸💖



This class will focus on T-spine mobility — the rotational movement in your upper back and torso that plays a huge role in your golf swing. Improving T-spine mobility can help with rotation, posture, balance, flexibility, and generating more power and consistency in your swing. You’ll be guided through low-impact strength and mobility exercises specifically beneficial for golfers in a fun and approachable environment.



No workout or golf experience needed! This class is designed for all fitness and golf levels.
