Tuesdays at the Trinity

A social fitness experience hosted each Tuesday near Trinity Groves with RunDFW. We meet by the bridge then get ready for an energizing time of connection and movement! After the warmup, you can either run or walk scenic routes (2-4 miles) with unforgettable views of downtown.
