This experience is for anyone who has been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or like they’ve been carrying stress in their body and need intentional time to slow down and receive.



This is a **small-group, chakra-themed experience combining Reiki + weighted tuning forks** to give you the opportunity to experience both energy work and physical vibration within the same session.



\*This class is intentionally capped at only **10 guests.**



That small group size allows our practitioners to spend more time with each person and creates a more individualized experience where **you are actually receiving both Reiki and tuning fork work.**

### WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice.

During Reiki, you simply rest while the practitioner works with their hands either gently on or near the body.



Reiki is traditionally understood as working with what practitioners call **life-force energy**, with the intention of supporting energetic balance and creating space for rest and relaxation.



You don't have to concentrate or make anything happen.

Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotion, relaxation, or other sensations. Others may not notice much physically at all.



### WHAT ARE TUNING FORKS?

Tuning forks are metal instruments that create a specific tone and vibration when activated.



And this is different from simply listening to a sound bath.

In this experience, **weighted tuning forks may be placed on or brought near specific areas of the body**, allowing you to experience the vibration in a focused and physical way.

🔅 **Welcome + Education** – Grounding, intention setting, and a simple introduction to Reiki, tuning forks, and the chakra focus.

🔅 **Reiki Experience** – Rest while receiving Reiki centered around the chakra we're exploring.

🔅 **Tuning Fork Experience** – Receive focused sound and vibration through weighted tuning forks on or around the body.

🔅 **Integration + Closing** – Time to rest, reflect, ground, and notice your experience.
