This special event brings both tuning forks and sound together in a small-group experience designed to give you intentional time to slow down, rest, and explore the effects of sound and vibration.



This class is especially supportive for people with busy schedules, parents, students, or anyone who spends a lot of time thinking, planning, working, caring for others, or simply feels like their mind rarely gets a break.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is an experience where you typically lie down or rest comfortably while instruments are played around you.



Rather than trying to sit in complete silence, the sounds give your attention somewhere to go.

During this experience, you'll be surrounded by different tones and vibrations while giving yourself permission to simply rest.



### WHAT ARE TUNING FORKS?

Tuning forks are metal instruments that create a specific tone and vibration when activated.



In this class, we use **weighted tuning forks**, which allow you to experience vibration in a much more focused way.

While a sound bath creates sound and vibration throughout the room, tuning forks can be brought directly to or near different areas of your body.



**That's an important difference.**



### WHY COMBINE TUNING FORKS + A SOUND BATH?

These are two different ways of experiencing sound and vibration.



The sound bath creates the larger environment around you while the tuning forks provide a more focused, individualized experience.



Because this class is intentionally capped at **only 10 guests**, the practitioner has an opportunity to work with each person during the experience.



### 🟢 CLASS STRUCTURE + FLOW



🔅 **Welcome + Education**
We'll begin with a simple grounding practice, intention setting, and beginner-friendly education about the chakra focus, tuning forks, and what you'll experience.

🔅 **Tuning Fork + Sound Bath Experience**
You'll get comfortable and rest while the live sound bath begins. During the experience, the practitioner will incorporate weighted tuning forks on or around the body, giving each guest an opportunity to experience the vibration more personally.

🔅 **Integration + Closing**
We won't rush you out of the experience. We'll give you time to slowly return, ground, and notice how your body and mind feel.
