Come move, breathe, and have a little spooky fun at this Halloween-themed outdoor yoga flow. Costumes are welcome (but totally optional), and there will be Halloween treats waiting for you after class!

By submitting this form, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in yoga classes and related activities offered by Namaste Wild. I understand that yoga involves physical movement, which may be strenuous, and I am fully aware of the associated risks and hazards.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga sessions.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Namaste Wild (Sarah Barreiro), its instructors, employees, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in yoga classes or activities, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

I understand and acknowledge that Namaste Wild does not provide medical insurance for participants. I affirm that I have adequate medical insurance to cover any injury or damage I may sustain while participating in yoga activities.

I grant permission to Namaste Wild/Instructors to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the yoga classes or events. I agree that these photos and/or videos may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, or other materials. I understand that my image may be used without compensation or further consent.

If I do not wish to have my image used, I understand it is my responsibility to inform the instructor before class or during any photography/videography session.

I consent to receive email communications from Namaste Wild, sponsors, and vendors from the events, including information about future yoga classes, workshops, promotions, and other offerings. I understand that I may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting Namaste Wild directly.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namaste Wild/ Sarah Barreiro against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.

I have read this waiver and release of liability form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above by signing below
