BYOM = Bring Your Own Mat
BYOB - Bring Your Own Blanket (the weather may be a bit chillier in January, so dress warm, prepare with a blanket)

Get ready to move your body through breath and movement connection with FlowithT teacher Tay, AND to the beats of our amazing DJ, SuprMood! Vendors will also be on site with refreshments, holistic natural services, handmade goods, and more!

This donation-based, in-person event will be a great opportunity to meet new people; community-connection, promote personal growth, wellness, and of course soak up the sun! ☀️ The weather will be amazing, so let's spend the morning outdoors and pouring into ourselves!

We will have complimentary water and small snacks for you! Raffle ticket is included in registered ticket for wonderful prizes by our amazing sponsors! You will have the option to make a donation for more raffle tickets = upping your chances on winning something awesome!
