Each run is thoughtfully organized to create a welcoming environment, with sub-groups curated based on different elements such as shared values, interests, pace, profession, and lifestyle.

Expect a relaxed vibe, balanced gender ratio, and opportunities to connect with people organically.

After the run, we’ll continue the social over dinner so there’s time to connect beyond the route.

By registering for and/or participating in this running social hosted by Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company (“Company,” “Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in a running social involves inherent risks, including but not limited to tripping, falling, collisions with other participants, overexertion, dehydration, heat exhaustion, weather-related risks, uneven surfaces, traffic, pedestrian hazards, personal injury, illness, property loss, or other unexpected events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event, whether known or unknown, and I confirm that I am physically able to participate. I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am healthy enough to run, walk, socialize, or otherwise participate.

I understand that this event is social and dating-oriented, and that I may meet, interact with, communicate with, or choose to spend time with other participants before, during, or after the event. I acknowledge that Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company does not conduct background checks, verify identity, screen participants for dating compatibility, guarantee anyone’s conduct, or make any representation about any participant’s character, intentions, relationship status, health, safety, or suitability as a dating prospect. I am solely responsible for my own interactions, communications, decisions, and personal safety when meeting or engaging with other participants.

I agree that any personal, romantic, social, dating, or other relationship-related interaction I have with another participant is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that the Organizer is not responsible for any uncomfortable interaction, rejection, miscommunication, unwanted communication, harassment, emotional distress, dating outcome, personal dispute, post-event contact, relationship, breakup, or any harm, loss, claim, or damage arising from my decision to meet, communicate with, date, spend time with, or continue contact with another participant.

I agree to conduct myself respectfully and appropriately. I will not harass, threaten, pressure, stalk, discriminate against, intimidate, touch without consent, or otherwise mistreat any participant, organizer, venue staff, volunteer, or member of the public. I understand that the Organizer may remove me from the event, deny future participation, or take other appropriate action if my behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company, its owners, members, managers, organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, sponsors, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, death, property loss, emotional distress, dating-related interactions, social or romantic outcomes, communications with other participants, and any incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.

I understand that the Organizer may take photos or videos during the event for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. I grant the Organizer permission to use my image, likeness, and appearance in such materials without compensation, unless I notify the Organizer in writing that I do not wish to be photographed.

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, that I have read and understand this waiver, and that I agree to be bound by its terms.
