Get ready for an action-packed day of riding, racing, eating, and community energy on **December 14 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM** at **Two Wheels One Planet**. We are bringing together the best in cycling, tech, and local favorites for an event you do not want to miss.

We kick off at **10:00 AM** with **Murf Electric Bikes** taking over the lot with a full demo fleet so you can test ride their powerful e-bikes and feel the boost for yourself. The morning gets even sweeter with a limited batch of **Sidecar’s maple twist and maple bacon donuts**, plus hang out with Brendon, host of Maple Bar Co. Perspire Sauna Studio will be on-site giving away free sauna sessions, and the bounce house and backyard games will be open for all ages.

At **11:00 AM**, the vibes keep rolling with complimentary mini sandwiches from Beach Hut Deli.

Then the real showdown begins. At **12:00 PM**, the **Indoor Cycling Time Trial Competition** goes live on **Zwift**, featuring the fast and punchy **2.1 mile Avon Flyer course**. Each rider gets one shot to throw down their fastest time. Cycling shoes are recommended but not required. We will also be live streaming the competition so everyone can watch the battle unfold.

The race ends at **2:00 PM**, and at **2:15 PM** we crown the champions and hand out an epic prize lineup:

Please read this document carefully before signing. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all terms below.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in an indoor cycling competition involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. These risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, equipment failure, or the conditions of the premises.

I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that I may sustain as a result of my participation.

Health and Fitness Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically fit, medically able, and in good health to participate in an indoor cycling competition. I understand that I should not participate unless I am a healthy individual and have considered my physical condition prior to racing. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any questions regarding my ability to safely participate.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Brendon, Built 4 More LLC, Two Wheels One Planet, all event hosts, co-hosts, sponsors, partners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that I may sustain while participating in or attending this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Responsibility for Injury

I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for any and all injuries or damages that I may sustain during participation in this event. I understand that no medical services are guaranteed and that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of my participation.

Media Release and Livestream Consent

I understand that this event will be livestreamed and recorded for broadcast on multiple social media platforms. By signing this waiver, I grant permission to Brendon, Built 4 More LLC, and any hosts or sponsors involved in this event to photograph, video record, livestream, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and participation.

I grant the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish such media in any format and for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional use, without compensation or further approval.

Binding Agreement

I acknowledge that this waiver is intended to be a complete and binding release of liability. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Electronic Acceptance and Agreement

This waiver will be presented electronically via the SweatPals platform. I understand that no physical signature is required. By registering for, joining, or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Liability Waiver and Release.

I agree that my electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and binding agreement, enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

I further acknowledge that if I do not agree to these terms, I should not register for, attend, or participate in this event.
